WELCOME

After a long last, we found a place of tranquility, nature and proximity to what we wanted to do. We are inspired by our surroundings and it´s our observations of the shape the way we express ourselves.

Often there is a story behind what we serve and our philosophy is based on a awareness of the origin and respect for the raw material.

We want to convey a sense of where we are right now. In the midst of forests, lakes, meadows and fields in the small village of Skåne Tranås we tell our story.
We follow the seasons rich and the meny changes it´s apperarance when the province chooses to change. At lunch we serve a selection of dishes from the dinner menu with accompanying beverages.
